Please use our products for 4 to 8 weeks, feeding the correct amount every day, to experience the full positive effect for your horse. If you are unsatisfied after this time frame, please contact us within 60 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund for the cost of the product purchased less the initial shipping charges. If you prefer an exchange or store credit, we will cover the shipping charges only for the amount of the replacement.
